I have just moved over to EE TV and purchased the Big Sport package. The picture quality on both TNT sports and Sky Sports is terrible. I do not have an issue with other channels, just the sport channels. Which is what I watch most. Is there anything that can be done? I have tried to speak to EE but the phone lines for the TV always seem to be blocked up. Please advise if there is anything I can do to improve the quality.

That suggests you have a poor signal from your aerial. Connect this directly to your TV, and somewhere in Settings, you should be able to see statistics for signal strength and signal quality.
If you don’t know exactly where to look, please quote the make and model of your TV, and we should be able to tell you.
But there’s no inherent reason that BBC 1 in HD, say, should be any worse over broadcast than over the internet.

Im having the same issue on tv pro box .
I have the pro box and Hd packages .
tnt and sky sports are basically un watchable on sd , hd is better but still only at the quality of what sd is on any other box’s I have had in the house. I have Apple TV in the same tv and it’s far superior in pic quality .
very frustrating when I’m paying for the hd packages.

Welcome to the community.
I know how frustrating it is when the picture isn't great, especially when trying to watch sport.
Do you have your EE TV Box Pro connected by WiFi or Ethernet cable?
Have you noticed any problems on any other non-sport channel?

I am also having issues with poor picture quality. I've moved house and upgraded to fibre broadband, but everything is worse.
I've had to use wired boosters for my sons gaming, used an ethernet cable from the router to my ee box as it kept lagging, and after paying for now tv sports package, tnt is pretty much unwatchable.
Normal tv is fine and all the apps are great, so why is this so bad? Makes me want to go back to sky
