Sky stream

I have been trying to buy a Sky package through the link to sent to me by EE after purchasing Sky stream. Every time I click on the link it responds by saying that this service is not available yet. Has anyone been able to progress past this screen?

How long ago did you receive the Sky Stream device? 

Could you try opening the link in a different browser, does this work for you?

I haven't received the Sky stream yet - I ordered it on Saturday. Also I have tried the link on two different browsers.
