Sky Sports Channels keep freezing

Why do the sports channels freeze, tell me there is a broadband issue, then start working when you click up a channel then back to the one you are watching 

For live sport, it really ruins the experience

Hey there, @Transistorhero 

How is your EE TV box connected at the moment, via WiFi or Ethernet?

Also if you haven't already, I'd recommend trying a factory reset on your box.

If you check out our help page here, there's an option you can choose that allows you to keep your recordings when doing this.
