New TV package - not as described

Hi all,

I think I may have been mis-sold my EE TV package.

I signed up for EE TV this week and the adviser confirmed in the chat that it included TNT Sports, TNT Sports Ultimate 4K, 12 Sky Sports channels, NOW Sports and NOW Boost.

After it was activated, none of the sports channels or NOW Boost were actually included.

I’ve got a screenshot of the chat showing exactly what I was offered, so I’m wondering where I stand with this. Has anyone had something similar happen?

Those channels would all be included in the Full Works package - you purchased Entertainment Plus.

You can cancel within 14 days if this doesn't match your expectations.

Sorry @PaddyCvr - they were incorrect, and I will ask someone to contact the agent and inform them urgently of their mistake.  That cannot be honoured though - you have the right to cancel.
