Samsung TV and TNT sports bundle

I’ve tried to place an order for a Samsung TV and TNT sports bundle, had confirmation of the order by email but after waiting a few days for delivery confirmation, I’ve called to be told the order was cancelled. When trying to place the order again via the tech team, they’ve said that 9/10 orders don’t actually go through as there’s a system error. How can this be allowed to still be advertised? I’ve wasted so much of my time trying to get this sorted when there’s a clear issue.

Surely if there’s a known issue, for the past 2 months so I was told, there must be a process to deal with these and ensure that the offers are fulfilled?

I am sorry to hear you have had an issue with placing an order recently, I understand that will be frustrating after spending time to resolve it. If the issue is preventing an order being placed on your account it will need to be something resolved by our IT team. If this is a known issue as you were advised there should be an open ticket which one of our guides can check for updates to see when it may be resolved for you to place an order.

Hi Sharon. I did the same yesterday and at the end of the process it says carnt be prossed. Ive been on the phone for over an hour this morning payment made and saying delivery 3-5 days. 🤔. Hopefully its sorted. Fingers crossed
