Hi everyone I had to replace my BoxPro recently as it froze and could not be used. I think I confused the agent when placing my order by mentioning Apple tv + ( the app) which he confused with Apple TV box. I would like to know if it is now possible for me to change the Apple tv box for the BoxPro which I wanted.

Yes - simply call the EE helpdesk again and explain what happened.
There would normally be an admin charge to switch between them, but this should be waived as it was agent error.

@DarrenDev thanks for the info Darren. In many ways the Apple box is better (better picture in HDR more Apps etc) but we do a lot of 'time shifting' and find recording is easier than finding programs in 'catch up'. Also I watch Saturday 12:30 football how would that work without recording facility.

Have you tried using the voice search? You should generally be able to get to the programmes you want to watch within a few seconds. You're right about Saturday football though - it's not generally available on catch up until the following day.

@DarrenDev I assume you mean 150 for the helpline although when placing the order I used the 'chat line' which is the better option

I didn't think we accepted orders via chat, but if it works for you then great.
