Hi @Carlos447
Which router do you have.
You might need to change your router settings to allow older devices to connect, once done it should work.
Thanks

What make and model of TV, wireless to what router and what broadband?
If this issue has just come up today, and things were fine in the past, and the broadband is EE or BT, then they have been having problems today:-

The BT Status page is now clear. Try it again.

Try power cycling or rebooting the router. And maybe the TV as well - pull the plug, wait two minutes, switch it back on.

Tried it ,it's got to be a setting on the router not allowing wireless collection or sumit like it .
Was fine with bt had nothing but problems with ee.
