Hi everyone,
I was forced into a new contract last month. Been a customer of BT's for 30 years.
Since December 22nd I have been unable to click on channels , the error message says "poor picture quality", which is obviously wrong. Have gone through all the FAQ's .
My passwords for TNT , Discovery + all work fine.
In the last 3 years BT Sport has changed to TNT sports , and Discovery +. My BT TV has turned into EE TV. My BT BroadbaNd seems to be changing to EE Broadband. Why do we always have to change names, which then leads to important things not working. How do I get this to work , and yes I have switched everything off and on !!!

Welcome to the community.
Does the 'poor picture quality' message come up regardless of which TNT Sports channel you're watching? Does it work better through the discovery+ app?
