Welcome to the community.
The delay can be between 10 seconds and a coupe of minutes, depending on what device you're watching on. Is it EE TV or a mobile app you're using?

The device i am watching it on is EE TV not mobile app, usually watching it through the Discovery Plus Premium app the TNT Sports channels but not always through that app, like i said is there any way to reduce the time delay getting it down from 2 minutes more towards a live broadcast. When i was previously with Sky probably only got say 10 seconds delay.

Are you able to use a wired ethernet connection, @Greenback1066?
The data speeds can help lowering the delay.

Currently connection is wifi not wired ethernet connection, reason being don't want wires running through house from router/modem to EE mini box which i have,i have been using Powerline adapters with a Ethernet connection and Powerline adapters were plugged into a surge protector 4 way ganger, but gave that up because i was getting pixulation and break up of picture frequently, the way i have it now is by wifi from EE Pro box to EE mini box.

Forgot to mention,i need to get Plug sockets fitted in my bedroom where the Mini Box is situated, that way i have been told by a EE phone operator assistant that, the EE Mini would solve the pixulation and break up of picture i were getting with using the Powerline adapters in a surge protected 4 way extension.

This is interesting, thanks for coming to the forums. The channel is close to live.
It is the channel in the TV Guide on our EE TV Box you're watching it from right?
Out of interest, what makes you believe it is 2 minutes behind live broadcast? I subscribe to football alerts etc and I always see goals before notifications for example, however I have noticed recently that Livescore have totally upped their game and their notifications are rapid now.

Surge protectors scrub the EETV signal off the mains as ‘noise’ 😢
4-way extensions aren’t ideal, but if you can try one that isn’t surge protected, you may have better luck, and not need new sockets.

I believe it's 2 minutes behind Live broadcast because checked the time of when goals are scored on BBC Sports website and Sky Sports website in their Live scores for football,i used a watch to time it,deffo 2 minutes behind on EE TV mini box not TV Guide.

Thanks for the reply back Midnight_Voice,bear in mind i'm now not using Powerline adapters for the EE TV mini box in my bedroom plugged into the 4 way extension, just using wifi with a HDMI cable from the Mini box into the TV,i've seen a lot less pixulation and break up of picture,in fact none at all now.
