@bigsteve47 your post had a spam link in it, which suggests it may not be genuine. Can you please confirm whether this is actually an issue for you?

It was a video to my issue on streamable which is a popular site for uploading video clips...why would they remove that? it's stupid

Sorry @bigsteve47 - with the typos in the post, and the random link with no explanation, it looked suspicious.
I've looked at the video you sent, and can see that your TV Box is struggling for bandwidth - it's not receiving a good enough signal to provide the picture needed for the channel.
Your TV Box reports that it is connected with Ethernet - is that direct to your hub? Or through any other devices? e.g. powerline adapters or Eero extender?
I can also see that you upload a considerable amount of data - I'm not sure of the impact this could have on your equipment. If you're able to pause other network activity at the time, it would be a good way to confirm whether it's an issue.

It's directly plugged in via an ethernet switch....and we have full fibre.
It makes 0 sense that other sky channels are fine but sky sports are broken.......and this did not happen at all for the previous X years we have had the box here

I'm sure it'll make sense when the cause is found.
Saturating your upload bandwidth could have a bearing here - especially if the switch isn't handling IGMP snooping correctly. If you're able to eliminate other variables, it'll help.
Different channels are encoded at different bitrates, so some will handle it better than others.

Nothing has changed at all in on my end in over 2 years, everything is exactly the same even our usage. This is something on EE's end or sky has messed something up because there is no way this is due to my setup. On top of that the mini box has no settings at all...u can change the refresh rate matching or re-tune the channels so there is nothing I can do from the box. The only other thing may be a factory reset but I don't know yet

Checking again it is only SKY SPORTS HD channels / package..SD sky sports works....sky movies hd all work, all other sky channels work so this is definitely something with EE

You can either follow my suggestions, or call the helpdesk @bigsteve47 - I don't have the time to discuss theoretical reasons for the issue. Process of elimination is the only way we'll get anywhere.

It appears to be a subscription issue...sports HD package has lapsed or it expired inbetween me renewing my tv package. Definitely not an issue I can fix but a bug with EE / Sky
