Any update please on when the EPG guide used by EETV boxes and the EETV app will become reliable. Several glaring errors with several of the Sky Sports channels yesterday.

No update other than that the team have it as their number 1 priority - there are calls and reviews on a daily basis, and every error is flagged for explanation by our suppliers.
I understand the inconvenience it's causing you, and can only apologise - it's having major impact on our systems too, so we're just as keen as you are to make sure it's sorted ASAP.

Latest update is that the cause is known, and plans are in place with our suppliers to upgrade their systems in a phased approach. This will take a few weeks, with incremental improvements being seen as they go.
Until the upgrades are complete, systems are being closely monitored and errors being manually fixed as quick as possible.

There is also a current issue with the TNT Sport Ultimate channel EPG 433/465 as No information available seems to displayed after today. There are several upcoming football and rugby games that I would expect to appear in the schedule starting with Newcastle v Barcelona (discovery + does indicate an UHD stream is available)..

We've been informed that major update took place yesterday, which has resulted in a 75% reduction in errors. Our overnight tests confirm a significant improvement in data quality for the next 7 days.
Work continues to improve the rest ...

Thanks for the update - certainly most of the EPG entries are in a more readable English format so on the surface significant corrections have occured.
