Hi @Jobeth

Welcome to the community

Assuming you have EE TV and are using the EE TV app, you can pair your EE TV box with the app by going to the My TV option in the bottom right corner. The EE TV box needs to be switched on and connected to the same router as the device you're using the app on. You need to then allow the connection on your app device.

Let us know if you manage to connect it.

@Jobeth pairing with the app is so that you can remotely set and manage recordings. It appears you have 2 TV Box Mini - neither of these can record, so the app won't allow you to pair with them.

Hi DarrenDev, thank you for your reply and yes I have, I noticed that when I received them. Do I need to contact EETV to change one do you know please?

Hi @Jg1947.

Welcome to the community.

Could you check that both the iPad and the EE TV box are connected to the same home Wi-Fi network? Also, make sure the EE TV app is updated to the latest version.

If they are on the same network, try restarting both the iPad and the TV box, then open the EE TV app and try pairing again from My TV.

Debbie

Hi Debbie-G ,

thanks for your reply, I have done everything you’ve suggested several times with no success, keep getting can’t find tv  box  , does box have to be wi-if connected as I have  wired mine with Ethernet. The reason I’m keen to get iPad connected is the problem that when the box is recording 2 channels at same time I can’t watch a any  other channel which is very restricted in this day and age, so I want to watch something else whilst the box is tied up recording, so I hope you can help.

The TV Box may be connected either by Ethernet or wireless.
