It's been 6 months since EE TV has launched, but I'm still unable to order or view packages via the app or online. All I get is the message "Sorry, Looks like a technical error". When will this be possible please? I am a EE Broadband customer (migrated from BT).

It's still going to be a while I'm afraid. The only way to order currently is over the phone.

@baabaa90 @DarrenDev I’m existing EE Broadband customer and I could only add EE TV to my package by phoning. Bit of a wait on the phone but once I got through the agent was very helpful and sorted me out. Ordered on the 14th with the new kit delivered next day. All up and running now with no issues

Thanks for the prompt responses, @DarrenDev @wgwright. It was very painful migrating the Broadband via the phone and I still get the shivers thinking about it, so I'll check back in 6 months.

@baabaa90 I know the waiting times on the phone can be a bit of a pain but for me it was really worthwhile. The whole process went very smoothly and quickly. Ordered over the phone on a Friday, equipment delivered on Saturday and up and running the same day. I migrated from Sky and so pleased I did
