We're working hard to bring Ultra Boost to EE TV as soon as possible - more details will be provided when they're available.

I have the full works plan, do I still have access to 3 streams with my current package or has this been downgraded to 2, as I noticed on the Now website the original boost only has 2 streams Ultra has 3.

Hi @Steverich - you'll still have access to 3 concurrent streams due to buying before 31st July 2024

Do we have any hint at a likely timeline? Will it be before the new premier league season (mid August). If not, can we remove our Now TV sub via EE/Bt and subscribe directly via Now TV?
Thanks

They won't give a timeline or a hint, as being slightly too helpful is an admired trait but can get employees of EE in trouble.
But it should happen quicker than it took to roll out YouTube (10 years). 👍🏻
On NOW, you agreed a contract and your billing and subscriptions moved to EE, so if you make any attempt to buy NOW passes using the same credentials, then it will just loop back to EE.
You could "flex" your package down to just Sport (TNT Sport), then sign up with NOW directly using different details, but you will need a new device to watch on as you would lose access via the TV Guide and an EE Pro Box will default the NOW app to the one associated with the account.
Or you just wait.

If you choose to flex down to Sport then it is possible to disconnect the Now TV account from the broadband, allowing you to log in with a separate account.

Yes, this is what I was thinking - flex back to TNT sport only and sign up with Now directly. TV guide would be a pain but worth it for pic quality. Presumably I would just log in via the app on my tv so there wouldn't be any issues.
I'll wait up until the premier league season, 10 years might be pushing it.

Make sure your TV or device of choice can actually deliver it @hg4khbcd99 , the list isn't long currently.
Need a new TV?
P.S. If you have an older LG like me for example, the NOW app doesn't support 50fps, so any UHD upgrade isn't worth it for sport.

Thanks - I missed that. I have a 2021 LG oled, so I think it should be good according to that.
