It has been at least 6 months since I've seen anything on this and the mythical system upgrade needed to allow. Anything new? @DarrenDev

Hi @Rach_H. I appreciate you actually taking the time to reply but I'm afraid this explanation just doesn't hold water.

This has been discussed on here for at least 2 years now. There is no system in the world that couldn't have been entirely replaced, more than once, in that time. An update to existing systems which are already integrated simply cannot be that complex. Hell, the Now app has been replatformed in that time.

People are already able to have different options from Now (sports, movies etc.) so I don't see how billing can be issue?

I do appreciate you're not able speak entirely freely on here but this explanation is just redundant.

Any updates on this one? Long shot, I know……

@NK20026 updates won't be given until a date is announced for it to be ready.

Hi Darren, am I right in thinking that I can add EE TV now without renewing my EE BB, which expires in December? Or do I need to re-contract BB at the same time as taking a TV plan with EE? With no update on availability of Now Ultraboost via EE TV, is the only non Now TV package the EE Sport one? As least that way I could get UHD subscribing directly with Now TV. It really is a pain in the neck not to have the Now Ultraboost option via EE TV. I know you can’t say anything on release dates but are you able to at least advise if it is coming by the end of this year?

They're tied together @NK20026 - EE TV only works over BT/EE broadband. Even if only the TV contract tied you in, the broadband would also need to be maintained to honour that TV contract.

Yes, Sport is the only subscription that doesn't include Now TV.  You could take an Entertainment subscription (slightly cheaper) and then request that it be disconnected, but you'd be paying for a subscription that isn't being used. At least with the Sport subscription, you'd get access to TNT Sports.

I can't set any expectations whatsoever.  I was told it was coming in 2024, then 2025 - there are always more complexities that prevent it happening, so I don't even ask anymore.

Hi

I think we should not talk about Ultra Boost yet when still there is no option to change the  TV package online or the app.The web site is rubbish. Sometimes is working sometimes not., unable to see options concerning TV packages.......and still talking about Ultra boost when basic things should be done.

Not being able to change TV packages online is a shambles, to change from one package to another you have to call, I admit when I did last month the guy was very helpfull and answered the call in seconds, so no complaints about that, but we should be able to do it on our app or online, it was so simple on bt, I could just go straight to apps and not use eetv, but I feel nowtv works really well through eetv, except for uhd of course,

This is a Now Ultra Boost thread, so quite happy and reasonable to ask about it here, thank you.
