EE TV 4K/HD Problem

Hi, Along with full fibre broadband i also have EETV, (TNT Sports and Now Entertainment with HBO Basic)  with, as a add on HD (£6), yesterday i phoned up and asked a advisor about the HD/4K option as a extra for the same price £6 and does this contain Now Boost, i was told yes, so asked could i cancel HD and go with HD/4K,he said he would take care of this and cancel 1 and activate the other, the problem is this morning i have woken to no HD or 4K on any of my channels, (TNT Sport/Now TV) and looking into my account the HD add on has been removed but nothing else in its place. Anyone have any clue where i should go from here? Thanks in advance for any help.

Sorry - I can see the order got stuck.  It's waiting for the team to pick it up and manually correct it.
