Now TV

I have switched from BT where everything was great. I  can access Sky Chanel’s but not Now TV. Now TV doesn’t recognise my email. I’ve contacted the EE technician but they can’t do anything and told me to contact Now. Now said it wasn’t their problem. Can anyone help?

Not since Friday. I think they believed it was resolved.

If you have notified the team that this is not resolved, it will likely be picked up tomorrow once the team are back in the office. 

I'd recommend allowing time for this so this can be investigated further by the relevant team.

Was contacted by phone on Sunday, I was out with my family. They said they’d call tonight between 6 and 8. I heard nothing.

They called when I was at work then sent a call back link, I used it but the callback was one ring, when I answered they’d rang off. I’ve tried again.
