@chrismac111a Ah I see, our diagnostics would recommend checking the player and apps are all up to date which you can do in Settings> Information and reset> Software information> Update software and update Players and apps and if nothing needs updated or nothing changes after updating, then a factory reset of the box.
But it would be worth reaching out to our team on 150 to make sure everything is ok account side as well.
