why do EE make the EETV app - I rang support to say I have downloaded the app but can’t sign in .

Respose - no one can it has no functionality…?

What? Are they insane or is the support team delusional?

I have just swapped from BT tv and broadband and it has been a real chore switching and getting the WiFi running, starting to wonder whether they know what they are doing

Sorry that you didn't get much help from the helpdesk - they're wrong in saying that the EE TV has no functionality, although you will find that most of your subscription content is in the Now TV and discovery+ apps.

You're logged into these forums with a sky.com EE ID, however your EE TV account is associated with an @ASN.com EE ID - use that other EE ID to log into the EE TV app.
