Just changed from Sky. I am trying to access my EE account and set up Netflix and other associated TV add ons. When using the links send after my purchase it keeps recording an error. Trying to track my order only provides circles birrling. Is EE web and app really this unreliable or am I doing something wrong
@Suzson The App can be a bit temperamental sometimes. Have you tried logging in to your account using a web browser and see whether that works for you?
