My ee tv has stopped working

My ee tv has stopped working after 1 day it just keeps flashing the light on box but nothing coming up on screen any one got any ideas xx

@Kellieallan Have you tried re booting the box? Also might be worth trying to connect your box using an Ethernet cable. Hope this helps
