recently moved to EE, have 1gb WiFi, pro tv box and 2 mini boxes.
both mini boxes are downstairs, not that far from main box or router but they just drop out every few minutes and I have to turn the channel and back again for it to unfreeze. The message is IPC6023. I also have 2 TP link WiFi routers but it’s still not solving the issue.
Have check broadband in area in app and it states no issues in area. Have tried to get download speeds sent twice, but the page just crashes or says try again later!
if I can’t get the WiFi speed for the mini box, do EE provide some sort of booster or will I have to keep trying to confirm speeds to co firm the WiFi is not as per stated? Had a similar issue when we had sky tv and they installed a booster.
