I have rebooted a few times but can't appear to watch any TV even free view/terrestrial. Called the helpline and it sounded like it logged something but spoke too quickly to get a reference or clear what was up.
Any help appreciated!

From searching the code on Google it seems to be account related and you'll need to speak to EE CS, technical support.
