I was sent an email to activate Netflix to my new package. The link doesn’t allow me to add a new email. Only to transfer an existing Netflix account which I don’t have.
I need to set up a completely new Netflix account.

Hello, I am having a similar problem, I have moved to eeTV on Apple TV everything is working except I can not transfer my Netflix account to EE, it has taken over a month to get the email to activate it which I have now, and now it appears in my EE app but when I click on Activate in Netflix.com I continually get "We've had a problem loading this info. Please try gain in a while". I have retried a number of times over 24 hours and nothing. I tried to do this on my account on the website but it doesn't appear so I can't try it that way. I am currently 25 mins into a call with EE without any answer, All I want to do is activate this the rest has worked like a dream and EE have been excellent but on this it is more like pulling teeth than an easy process. I don't wish to pay for EE TV and also pay Netflix when I can get it as part of the EE payment. All help gratefully appreciated.
