Hello,
I’ve just moved from Sky Stream to EE, yet when I follow all instructions and set up my TV it finds no channels whatsoever in Internet Mode. I have tried all troubleshooting available several times, factory resets etc.
The box is 100% connected to the hub and it shows all necessary Apps etc and they work fine.
My TV guide offers nothing.
Can someone please help me as I’m seriously considering switching back,

Hi
Just set up my ee tv box and none of the channels are working on internet mode. Will this be because my EE broadband is not yet working so I’m on my old Vodafone broadband at the minute.
Also moving forward, if I were to change broadband provider would I lose this function on ee tv?

Yes - it only works on BT or EE Broadband.
If you change broadband provider your EE TV subscription will also be cancelled, and you'll be required to return your equipment.

i have received my tv box and hub today....i cant get any tv guide and it shows no tv chanels stored . have re booted the box but still no chanels...not sure what to do now

You need to wait for your EE Broadband to be activated on October 3rd @andy4756 - it won't work over your current Sky broadband connection.
Edit: correction. It looks like your broadband is due to be activated today, and your TV on the 3rd. Your post to these forums was still from a Sky broadband connection, so it looks like the switchover hasn't happened yet.

Hi Darren,
We have recently had a cityfibre internet installed as it is very fast, actually cheaper and they offered 9 months free to move.
We still have our BT router but use the Cityfibre (toob) internet for everything as it's around 16/17x as fast! Anytime we try to use the Toob router with the tv I can't access any channels via internet whatsoever. Does something need to be done on my account?

EETV only works over EE or BT broadband. I’m not clear if you now have two sorts of broadband, BT and CityFibre, but if you now only have CityFibre, you have cut yourself off from BT’s IP Mode channels.
However, if you still have both, and it’s just that the Toob router won’t give you the IP channels when you put it on the BT line, then you need to get it configured to support BT multicast.
Which is it? Have you added CityFibre alongside BT Broadband, or replaced it with CityFibre?
