I recently logged into my Netflix account on a new TV provided by EE. I’ve created a new profile on my Netflix account and when selecting any profile on my account, I’m stuck on the screen with a red loading circle.
I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting options:
- Restarted router
- Restarted TV
- Changed Primary DNS to 8,8,8,8
- Changed Secondary DNS to 8,8,8,8

EE don’t provide TVs. Assuming it’s a box, is it the Pro box or the EE Apple TV box?
Those DNS addresses should be separated by full stops, not commas, as far as I know.
Can you try another app, say the BBC iPlayer, and see if that works or not?
