Discovery+ unable to activate.

Migrated from BT to EE due to an offer on Discovery+.

I cannot activate this, it's been over a week and customer service either leaves me on hold or drops my call... They are also incredibly condescending!!

When I go to activate it, it says I need to link the account. But this has been done, so I get a message saying it's already linked...

Been paying for it for over a week...

Fully regret migrating from BT to EE!!!
