Does anyone know why when I try to activate discovery tv basic it just loads and doesn’t activate please?

Hi @Lola321 Have you ever had a Discovery plus account in the past?

I can see you're using an iPhone - there are known issues with using Safari to activate discovery+.  Could you please try using a different web browser, where you should have more success.
