My remote has been playing up and is now unresponsive when you press the buttons channel change volume etc

Hey @Briman.

Welcome to the EE Community!

Whilst it's going to sound really simple, have you checked to make sure that the batteries aren't on the way out?

It's also worth trying to re-pair the remote using the instructions you can see here:

Reset Your EE TV Remote Control | TV and Sport Help | EE

If these steps don't work, I'd definitely recommend giving our team a call like @Chris_B mentioned 😊

@Briman then you need to call customer support and inform them of this  so a replacement remote can be sent out to you

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
