Hi, I took out a new EE broadband contract (900Mbps Full Fibre Gigabit) last Monday and already had a main BT box. I was hoping EE would send me a new one as I do have problems with it freezing on occasion (resets don't fix this). Am I entitled to a new one?
Additionally I have seen since there is a EE TV Box Mini, am I entitled to one of these as well for use in a second room with no additional charge, I have the Big Sport TV package.
Thanks

As you already have a TV Box Pro, we wouldn't normally send a replacement - the only difference with the new one is the shape of the case, and the logo on the front. If your current box has a fault though, you're entitled to get it replaced - you'll need to call the helpdesk for this.
As far as I'm aware, there's currently no promotion that would provide you with a free TV Box Mini with a Big Sport subscription. One is available with the Full Works package.

looking at EE web pages just now today (legal stuff) it says this
EE TV Extra Box Offer:
Offer available to customers who have a 24-month EE broadband plan and 24-month EE TV Big Sport or Full Works TV plan. Offer allows customers to add 1 extra box to their EE TV Big Sport or Full Works TV plan at no extra cost. This Offer pricing is only available to Big Sport and Full Works customers who take their TV plan from 13th December onwards. Extra box will be the Box Mini only. Broadband must have 30mbps minimum line speed and 50mbps for UHD content. Customers looking to take 2 extra boxes will only be charged for the second box. The price of the second box will be outlined in the price guide. More than one extra box requires 40mbps and 59mbps for UHD content. Offer to be redeemed in store, online or via our contact centre. This offer is subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time. If you cancel your EE TV contract the offer will end. Service is for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be suitable for under 18s.
if EE have withdrawn the offer for Big Sport then they really ought to have changed their “legal stuff”.

It is accessed via various routes but I suggest

where you find the current terms in pdf format

@zulu17 I've asked the propositions manager to confirm one way or the other. If the T&Cs are wrong then we'll get them updated. Thanks for the pointer.

Confirmed - that offer ended in July and new T&Cs were published.
The web site isn't currently pointed to them - it's being updated.
