I've been with EE for couple months now, was heading on holiday& thought I'd download some stuff for the plane. Realised I had only been using Netflix on the tele (smart box). Tried to log in the app& can't get anywhere, Netflix doesn't recognise my username or password (EE equivalent) & im always asked to create a new account at £4.99 a month. How can this be fixed?, is there a way I can use the app on my phone?

@CTarchtype the email for your Netflix may not match the email you use for your EE ID - it'll be whatever you set it to when you activated it. I can see that you have activated your account, but I don't get to see what email address was used.
Could you have used a different one? You have 2 different email addresses on file with us - could you maybe have used the other one?

I've tried both emails, but they dont allow me to log in with any of them unfortunately.

OK. The simplest option here would be for me to reset your activation - this will then allow you to activate again with whatever email you choose. Is that OK with you?

No problem - that's it reset. You can activate again using the EE app or web site.

Is there a time period for it to show up on the site or app, so I can activate?, I can't seem to see anything to do with Netflix, just Now& Discovery plus

I'm not actually sure, as I've never seen the Netflix activation process for myself.
Are you at home? If so, you could use your TV Box to set it up. Simply launch the Netflix app, then choose the Sign Up option (not sign in). You can then use whatever email account you want to sign up - doing so from the app on the TV Box will automatically use your EE entitlement, so you won't be charged anything.
