Most mornings our mini hub loses connection at approximately 0915 to 0930, usually when its been on for about 1.5 hours. Nothing else on our network goes down,  so not the broadband. Hard reboot snd itsctgrn fine.  Only happens in the morning, works fine the of the day. Any ideas?

It's possible that the lack of logging is a symptom of the same issue - if so, then it makes it even more important that we fix it.  I'll be in touch when I know more.

One of the team has replied already (he's not supposed to be checking messages today).

He's asked you to confirm the following 2 points, the next time it happens:

1. Is the error you're seeing YVM102?

2. When it happens, please go into the network settings and scan for wireless networks.  Does it work? Or does it list zero networks available?

Yes its definitely YVM102 and doesn't show any active network in settings.NkiSent from my Galaxy

Gone down again this morning 0925. Attached screen shot, rebooting now.

OK thanks.  I've raised this with our specialist team for further investigation. There are 2 issues - one is that it's failing for you, and the more critical one is that it's not telling us about the failure. If it doesn't tell us, then we have no way of knowing how many others could be affected. Someone will be in touch when we know more.

Hi after a period if relative stability the same issue is back YVM102.

Attached screen shot which shows hub is next to it and active. Not had any tech contact.

About to reboot.

The experts have taken another look at your setup today.  Some suggestions:

1. Would you mind temporarily connecting your TV Box Mini to the wifi extender with an ethernet cable? I can see how close they are together, but your TV Box is reporting very slow response time, which we can't currently explain.

2. It's worth rebooting your hub - it's been up 22 days without a reboot, so no harm in trying.

3. Can you think of any new electrical devices that have been connected in the home recently?
