Apple TV Box

Hi,

I currently have the pro TV box, but find myself just watching live TV and stream via my own Apple TV box. 

Just wondering if anyone knows if it’s possible to switch boxes?

Exact same. We never record anything these days and main streaming in the living room is via Apple TV.

We had an EE mini box in the kitchen and whilst it’s only about 6m away from the router in a stud wall house it continually dropped the WiFi connection. Swapped it for a Firestick which is rock solid.

Can’t help with swapping boxes. Ring CS?

We’ll be cancelling our EE TV service this year and subscribe direct to the apps we want.

The box can be changed if you give our customer service guides a call. 

If you are outside the first 14 days of the contract, there may be a £30 charge to change the box, but the team will run you through any charges that there could be.
