Mini TV box shows a spontaneous error YVM102, no channels or apps at all. EE engineer set it up with a power line adapter to the main hub which has been fine until now. Done multiple resets & reboots as per the help forum but have had no effect. BB & TV on in rest of the house, just mini box in bedroom. Advice or log with EE?

You mention reboots - have you rebooted the power line adapters too? It'd be worth checking the lights on them to make sure they're still in sync.
