Migrated BT customer, no TV.

Any idea when TV will be available for existing customers, I was told it would be sorted in January but due to technical issues this service still isn't live/launched. It says call if you're ex-BT but when you do the service isn't available. The website has been like this for 3months 'You’ll be able to do this online soon. Until then it’s a quick phone call.'

I also received an Xbox game pass for signing up to Broadband and when I go to activate its says 'We've had a problem loading this info. Please try again in a while' 

The BT migration or platform seems very ropey and in hindsight should have just stayed with BT

For TV I have on several occasions but I get told it will be available online and at present its not an available product, I haven't had chance to call in relation to the game pass but I will do.

TV has been available to order over the phone for a few weeks, as long as you don't have the 1.6Gbps broadband package. Online ordering isn't currently possible, and won't be for another few weeks at least.

Hi Darren any chance you can have a look with my order I placed over the phone. I was moving over from BT to EE for broadband and TV  received a date for when the equipment was being sent and nothing arrived called to be told  the order was stuck in pending and they will cancel and reorder but haven't heard anything this was a couple of weeks ago.

I rang about 4 times and was told that it wasn't worth calling anymore as I would either be contacted directly or more than likely it would be available online first.

I have placed orders over the phone that just end up getting cancelled the day my kit is due. I'll give this another go in case something has changed.

I'm currently out of the country on holiday, so can't check on accounts I'm afraid. I'm limited to just answering questions. You should have received confirmation of the reorder, so it sounds like it either wasn't placed or also got stuck. I recommend you call again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
