Recording tv

Hello, I have just had a new BT tv broadband box installed, its the BT Pro box. How do I record tv using the remote control, then how do I go about playing back the recording. Thanks if you can help.

See the big red record button on the remote Steve. Press it when watching TV to record the current programme, or open the TV guide (using the Guide button) and press it when you've found the programme you want to record.

To watch recorded programmes, press the Home button, then scroll down to My TV.
