Hi Michael
I have read your reply back to one of the community, ref to activating Apple TV. I don't know whether you will have the answer, but I thought that I would ask.
And my question is when trying to activate Apple TV to my EE TV, I keep getting a reply back on the app saying. That EE have had a problem loading this info, please try again in a while.
But every time I try, I keep getting the same response. Would you happen to know what I would need to do next

Welcome to the community.
There are a couple of things to try at your side first of all. If you haven't already, can you try to delete the app and install it again?
It is also worth trying to login through the website and see if the same thing happens there. If it does, can you try to clear the cookies and cache and try another browser?
