I haven't received my email regarding my ee tv package

@Jagrahi26  Are you using the smart hub plus ?  It’s a black router with the EE logo in the middle it and looks like this

If you don’t have this router you can not have EE TV.  it’s only available with this router.    If you do have this router and you’ve added EE TV to your broadband contract and you don’t have a email confirmation ( check your spam folder ). Then you need to call customer support.
