Error trying to sign up to 6 months free Apple TV+

I go around in circles on the website and can never find the activate section ofr the offer. On the android App I go..Manage....TV and Sport.........then start activation for the offer and I get this message

We've had a problem loading this info. Please try again in a while.

It's been a while and no luck! Customer services on the phone could only find a 3 month offer so I declined to keep trying for the 6 months. Any suggestions please?

Yes Lesley. I joined EE TV today and trying to get the offer.

If you have just taken it today, did the team say if there was a period you'd need to wait before activating it?

Nope. I was on the phone for more than 30 minutes this morning. 

It's no biggie but I'm getting grief from my missus! 🤣🤣

Sometimes there is a period for the system to catch up @ballibeg 

I'd recommend to keep checking to see if it's allowing you to add it and if not, the next steps would be to raise a complaint with our customer care team.
