Hi,
the EE TV app on my iPad is showing this error code meaning I can’t access live TV channels currently. I’ve tried logging out and in and also re-downloading the app but it is still showing. I’ve not experienced this before. What can I do to get rid of this?

Tried restarting the app.

If you’re using the app on iOS:
Try fully restarting the app, then trying the action again
If you’re on the web:
Try refreshing the page and trying the action again
If this doesn’t work, try closing your browser down and loading on a new browser session

According to @DarrenDev the TV system is down which might be the same problem. See here:

Same for me but on iphone… I’ve tried restarting the app, restarting my phone and logging out and back in but nothing worked.

In the thread above that @Northerner shared, it's been updated by @DarrenDev to confirm some serviced were restored around 8pm.
