Moved from BT to EE and HD sport channels nit available.   Getting an error code and told to phone

I wish I had a quid for every poster here who tells us they are getting an error code, and doesn’t tell us what it is 😢

It may mean nothing to you, but it can be most informative to those of us who help out here.

Absent any such code, I would guess that EETV fubared your HD authorisation in the transfer, and you need to call them to get this fixed.

Ask them for compensation for however long this capability is out of commission.

If the nice young lady who patiently set up EE mobile for me this afternoon, and also offered me a discount if I moved from BT to EE and got told “not on your life am I moving to EE” is reading this, then this is exactly the sort of thing I was talking about as to why I wasn’t going to move….
