Like so many people I have been hit with the dreaded IPC6023 code. No issues with internet or apps just no live TV at all.
I have had full EE TV since May with no issues until today. I’m have been on the phone for over an hour with a very polite and helpful CS representative and been through all the reset processes and factory reset without any success
Now escalated to TMC but a minimum 7 day wait which given the price per month is really not acceptable at all.
Does anyone have any ideas what I can try that might resolve the issue. I must say I am not too impressed with the service and switched to EE after over 20 years with SKY which I now regret and I think I will switch back to SKY as soon as possible as I’m not at all happy paying for a service that I am not receiving at the moment ….. very frustrating indeed so any help or advise would be appreciated

According to our records, you have a TV Box Pro and 2 TV Box Minis. Are they all seeing the same error?

Also to rule out a few things, are you using an EE provided router or are you using your own? Are the affected boxes using wifi or ethernet?
I've had similar issues, but since wiring my tv box mini to a smart wifi extender early last week things have been a lot more stable for me.
