Good morning @BSeng.
Welcome to the EE Community!
With EE TV, you'll have a minimum contract period that you're locked in for, but the contract does not automatically cease once this period comes to an end.
It will continue to roll over until either a formal cancellation request is made, or you choose to regrade to a new plan.
If you previously have requested cancellation and believe this hasn't gone through correctly, I'd recommend giving our team a call, and they can double check everything at our end.

I can see you're referring to the old EE TV service @BSeng - it was discontinued in 2021.
A new EE TV service was launched in 2023.
If you're seeing charges on your bill that you don't expect, I can only recommend that you give the helpdesk a call. Your account is on an old system that I cannot look at, to check for you.

According to your ee . if eetv stopped in 2021
You owe me at least 5 to 6 year refund
Before legal action happens by a planned group action
Suggest you just give me the money back!

@BSeng you need to call. Nothing can be processed via this forum
