Hi all, new to this forum and first day with EE TV. First impressions? Not great. Missing a couple of channels I had with the equivalent package with Sky which is disappointing. The TV Guide is clunky and not user friendly. I mean, why on earth doesn't it default back to the top when you open it? This is a really bad design fault. Also, I'm on the home page and it keeps trying to get me to set up TNT Sports for some reason. I don't want it but the box doesn't care. I can't browse the home page without this being shoved in my face. So, I'm here to ask, what is the cooling off period? Is it 14 days? And does anyone know if Sky make it easy to go back to them? Thanks.

Fair enough @Deano1711 , shows we all have different experiences.

Yeah this whole thing has taught me something. When it comes to TV you won't find better than the Sky setup, even if it is a little pricier. And changing broadband is a very seamless process. For years I was afraid to ditch Sky broadband, despite suffering painfully slow speeds (5-10mbps), as I thought it would be too much of a faff. It's not, so if I start to have any issues with EE broadband, I won't hesitate to look elsewhere.

The big shame is that if EE did put there all into the tv service i am sure they could give sky a run for there money . They jusy seem to do all they can on the cheap instead of going for it and giving it there all.

That sounds a bit worrying, looking at the problem the post office had with Horizon and Fujitsu, i think that has put me off of changing from sky.

You do realise that was a joke, yes ? 😛

Well maybe I shouldn't take anything serious on here, when thinking of changing from sky. I thought the community was for helping.

Look back at the posting. Like Gwynne, the poster is now Gwonne.

Well like I said I thought this site was for helping people with questions. I will have to look elsewhere.
