I have recently joined EE 27th January and had an email to say I was entitled to 6 months Gamepass Ultimate  which would be available within 14 days. I have checked the app and website but it comes up as a chargeable product.

How can I redeem this offer?

If you haven't already, can you please try logging into the browser version of your account, and under broadband or products see if you can locate the section for Content Partners?

I have checked and it is showing nothing at all apart from the console deals.

Thanks for giving that a try @Welshy2706, if you were offered this in your confirmation email then it seems odd that you'd be now told it's ended. 

Can you see anything in the email itself confirming dates for the promotion?

Nothing whatsoever Peter just said to leave 14 days before trying to activate it spoke to billing and broadband who got in touch with loyalty dept they're the ones who said offer is finished and can't do anything

I'd definitely give our team another call so we can take a closer look into things, as if this was offered at the point of sale we'd certainly hate to see you miss out.

This was offered by an email on 27th January from EE and not at point of sale as I was signed up by street canvassers hope this helps!!!!

Thanks @Welshy2706, if your confirmation was on the 27th then you absolutely should be eligible here.
Whilst the option to redeem this online has now been removed, our team should absolutely still be able to redeem this for eligible customers. 

I'd recommend giving us another call, or if you'd prefer you can also raise this as a complaint and we'll do all we can to investigate.
