I have just had my Broadband and TV services just activated, i cant get the Now tv channels on my ee tv box so when i try to watch them on my tv its not letting me  can anyone help?

Unfortunately your order has failed to complete, as you already have a Now TV account with the email address on your order.  The agent should have taken you through a PIN process to take ownership of the account.

Give the helpdesk a call, and they'll be able to complete this process with you.

Hi


The  reps need to be trained more, twice I was told I would get a call back with regards to setting up a new TV package didn't receive either call. Rang today only to be told my TV package is now Cancelled and will take up to 10 days for them to organise another TV package! I'm not very happy ATM.
