Just to note that the EE TV App on my android phone is not opening today, but it was yesterday.
The three circles at the bottom of the screen are just bopping up and down.
Cleared the cache with no joy.
Is there work being done on it in the background? Thanks

Unfortunately BT's network has been under attack for a few weeks now, causing brief outages - usually only a few seconds at a time, but it was affecting the internal operation of the EE TV app more than it should. Effects included the app not starting, some of the carousels within the app going missing, or images failing to load.
We've put in some additional mitigations to keep it working as best we can, whilst our network team find a better way to stop the foreign attacks.
