I do not want to carry on with ee tv when the trial period finishes, how do I ensure that I will have the option to cancel subscription

@daveh195668 You call customer support. But I don’t think EE tv works like that, it’s contract for 24 months along side your broadband. If you terminate the contract you’ll be required to pay it off . You don’t get a free trial. You do however get a 14 day cooling off period if you purchase this online/over the phone but this will also stop your broadband as it’s a joint contract. You need to call customer support to see what can be done.

£1 per month is not a trial, it's a discount. If you want to cancel there will likely be charges
