It would be helpful if EE indicated when their help article is updated and what additional information has been included as that article has changed since it was first published last week !
....i don't see the reference that that Scousegeek mentions to further information being sent to customers mentioned in that help article currently but as I say I have noticed that the content appears to change (probably for the better to add information/correct accuracy) but as it describes itself as "Here’s everything you need to know. " that implies it should be complete -- if it is work in progress then perhaps phrasing it as "Here's what we know so far - check back later for further details".
