Hello
I had the TNT Sports package and Discovery+ as my included extra and until yesterday I was able to access TNT Sports with the HBO app as well as Discovery+.
On accessing Discovery+ today, it says that I don't have a subscription even though I can still access TNT Sports.
Please can someone let me know why I can no longer Discovery+ when I was able to previously when this included TNT Sports.
Many thanks

discovery+ is no longer sold by BT or EE, and is no longer included with EE mobile or EE TV plans.
EE TV customers who already had it before the changeover will keep it until their contract is changed.
EE Mobile customers only ever had it as a 30 day add on, therefore there is no contract, and so it has been removed.

The sporrs content is now on HBO max so you need to use it

Thanks for your response.
I'm able to access TNT Sports with HBO Max, but I'm now not able to access the Discovery+ content like I was able to up to until few days ago.

Thanks for the information. That was never communicated to me when TNT Sports was transferred to HBO Max.
Instead, I was just told that to access TNT Sports on HBO Max I needed just to use my Discovery+ login details and not set up a new subscription.

On thinking about this further, does it mean that for every Full Works add on (Netflix, for example) could it just be taken away in the same way? EE can then argue that this is only for 30 days like the Discovery+ situation.

The add-on is for TNT Sports. It started as just sport, then it moved to discovery+ and they decided to give you the entertainment as part of the bundle. That was their choice, and never part of the EE Mobile add-on.
It has now moved to HBO Max, who have decided that nothing else is included. Again, their choice.
If the TNT Sports add-on stopped giving you TNT Sports then obviously you'd stop being charged for it.
If Netflix decided they didn't want to offer a bundle via EE anymore, then yes - it could be withdrawn.

Thanks for clarifying, and understand that it's down to the third party provider, not EE, that makes their service available.
I've now amended my added extra to Netflix Premium and will subscribe to Discovery+ separately as TNT Sports has been offered to me as an included extra with my Virgin Media package so will not need this with EE.
